  • Website Design and Build Policy and Terms & Conditions

    1. Refund Policy

      Once work has commenced, no refunds will be offered no refund will be given due to the re-search, time booked out for the project  and design work.

     

    1a Website Platform:

     All websites are built on WIX.

    2. Information Requirement

       All necessary information must be provided before the start date.

       Failure to provide required information will result in a £100 charge.

       The start date will be rescheduled to our next available slot.

    If you would additional modifications and add ons to the website other than what was discussed in the original plans and upon receipt of 

    payment quote and deposit. Additional charges will apply. 

    2a Branding Files

    a. If you already have branding files designed, it is mandatory to provide them to us at least 48 hours before your booking.

    b. Providing branding files helps us ensure that your website aligns with your brand identity.

    c. If we have designed your branding, you do not need to send us any files as we will already have access to them.

     

    3. Project Turnaround

       A 3-4 week turnaround time is guaranteed if all the requested information is sent. 

       - Failure to provide relevant information may result in project termination from ourselves without a refund.

    It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all necessary information is provided within the specified timeframe for a smooth and timely completion of the project.

     

    4. Communication

       -If the client does not communicate or goes missing after work commencement, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without a refund.

     

    5 Payment Terms 

        Payment terms and  will be detailed in the project agreement

        Non-payment may lead to project suspension or termination.

     

    6. Intellectual Property

       -All intellectual property rights of the website design and build will belong to the client upon final payment.

     

    7. Feedback and Revisions

       Feedback and revision requests should be communicated within in 48 hours of seeing the design. 

    If you fail to give us feedback after a week we withold the right to add on additional charges for any further work completed

       Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require extra charges.

    8. Liability

       -We are not liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from the use of the website.

     

    9. Termination

       Once payment has been made and work has been started the customer does not have the right to terminate the contract 

     Termination by the client will result in either a loss of deposit or a loss of the full total if we have started the work. 

     

    10. Confidentiality 

        We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details.

     

    11. Changes to Terms

        - These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at our discretion
