  • Brand Design Terms and Conditions:

    1. Required Information:

    a. To ensure a smooth and timely process, you must provide us with your inspiration, vision, color scheme, and logo details at least 48 hours before your booking.

    b. This information is crucial for us to understand your requirements and avoid any delays on our side.

    c. If we have designed your branding in the past, you are not required to send us any files, but we still need your vision and ideas for the current project.

     

    2. Deposit and Booking:

    a. A deposit of 20% of the total project cost will be required prior to booking the brand design service.

    b. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be given a specific booking date.

    c. Full payment for the project is due on the booking date.

     

    3. Late Submission of Required Information:

    a. If the requested information, including inspiration, vision, color scheme, and logo details, is not provided before the booking date, a £30 late payment fee will be charged.

    b. Additionally, your booking will be rescheduled to our next available date.

    c. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary information within the specified timeframe to ensure a smooth process.

     

    4. Turnaround Time:

    a. The project will commence on your booking date after full payment has been made.

    b. Different products may have varying turnaround times, which will be communicated to you before you make a booking.

    c. Custom logos may require additional tweaks and changes, which could extend the project's turnaround time. We aim to be flexible and deliver the best results for you.

     

    5. Payment Policy:

    a. Full payment is required upfront for all design work.

    b. Once you have sent the payment on your booking date, your project will be officially booked from that date.

     

    6. Refund Policy:

    a. Refunds are generally not offered as part of our policy or process.

    b. Any refund requests would be at our discretion and not guaranteed.

    c. Given the digital nature of branding services and the allocated time slot after payment, refunds may not be feasible. Nonetheless, our goal is to ensure client satisfaction, and we strive to provide the best service possible.

     

    7. Communication:

    a. Regular communication is important throughout the project.

    b. If we do not hear from you for more than two weeks, it may be necessary to charge you in full for the project due to prolonged inactivity.
